God is always on mission. To be a follower of Jesus is to be following Him into a mission adventure. This mean that mission is not just for the ‘professionals’ but for all of us, whether we are a young person, aged person or somewhere in between, God has a unique adventure waiting for us to join Him on.
Recognising this, Fusion for the past five decades has been providing missional equipping for everyone from youth through to Church and Ministry leadership.

Release
Release is an interactive course that further equips people for effective mission in their local communities and contexts. The Release journey builds on the Foundations Short Course, drawing on Fusion’s many decades of experience in working in Youth and Community Ministry in different countries and contexts to assist participants to create an innovative mission response in the context God has called them into. It is structured around either a three week intensive (after Foundations) or a one day a week training over time with mentoring and peer discussions as a core part of the training process.
Release, while mission focussed, also fosters deep engagement with the word of God, personal growth and practical skills and awareness in working effectively with others.

Fusion’s Bachelors and Masters Programme Through Kairos University
Fusion in Canada and Kairos University have entered into an exciting partnership to create a system of theological education specifically formed around Fusion’s approach to innovative mission and years of experience in front line missional response around the world.
Kairos is an innovative approach to theological education that surrounds the learner with a 3-person mentor team to guide the student through the educational journey directed by what God is doing in the student’s context, their vocational calling and the student’s pace and manner of learning. By viewing the student through 3 lenses rather than just one, particular attention can be given to personal transformation and the vocational relevance of the learning, along with the more traditional attention to academic credibility. By situating the educational journey in the student’s context, student learning is immediately relevant to what God is already doing there.
